‘Dubito, ergo cogito, ergo sum.'(I doubt, therefore I think, therefore I am) – Rene Descartes.
Our lives are a journey from birth to death, a medley of experiences, good and bad, of moments, happy and unhappy, of choices, of opportunities, and of variety. And as with many journeys, the path is often much more enjoyable than the destination. But what makes this journey most enjoyable are the new experiences that we have all along the winding path, some are bad, some good, but all teach us something new until we are willing to learn.
One becomes old not with age but with the dimming of the flaming thirst to learn and know that each and every human being has within him or her.
Knowledge comes from many sources, from life, from various forms of art media (poetry and prose, visual media, video games, etc), from realization, and from experiences. This site aims to provide that knowledge for knowledge’s own sake. Knowledge that may never find practical use in your life, but knowledge from which you can lead a better life, knowledge that will lead you to question, to think, to formulate. Freedom comes from knowing after all.
“It’s not our abilities that define us, but our choices.” – Malik Al-Sayf
